- Take a Kadhai or Pan heat for 5 min then add Peanut 500 gm Dry roast on medium to low flame till the peanut gets golden brown in colour then off to flame and cooling down peanut on room temperature then remove the peels of Peanut and keep aside.
- Now take a mixing jar add Roasted Peanut and make a smooth paste of all the Peanut.
- Now take a Kadhai or Pan add 2 Cup full water boil it then add Sugar 250 gm and make a Sugar Syrup heat for 7 to 10 min then add 1 Cup Cocoa Powder into it and Peanut Paste into it and mix well for 5 to 7 min on low flame.
- Afterwards add Ghee or Butter into it mix well and the Burfi Paste becomes thick then switch off the flame and grease any utensil or mould to spread the Burfi Paste. Spread the Burfi Paste into the mould put the sheet of Silver Vark over it. Keep it for 1 or 2 hour to cool it down.
