Chow-chow (also spelled chowchow or chow chow) is a North American pickled relish. Its ingredients vary considerably, depending on whether it is the "Northern" (primarily Pennsylvanian) or "Southern" variety, as well as separate (and likely the original) Canadian variety, prevalent in the Maritimes. The former is made from a combination of vegetables, mainly green and red tomatoes, onions.   2. Boil the noddles or chow let it cool down and add salt, sugar, garam masala, and fry the eggs and scramble it and put it aside.
  3. After putting it in a bowl then pour oil and add the veggies you can add then fry it for 10min u can add cabbage it brings a good flavour to it.
  4. And finally it is done. U can serve it hot hot with tomato sauce and some oninon sprinkled over it.
