  9. pour over the mornay and top with as much cheese as you like
  10. heat in oven at 220°c or grill until golden and crispy

Add the onions, garlic and spices to the skillet with the meat and cook until the onion and garlic have sweated out a bit and spices are fragrant. In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water.
