  5. Lastley pour in Cream and stir , it will be a light colour. Then add tomatoes and da little salt to taste.
  6. Transfer sll the mixture into a roasting dish about 3 inches depth cook in oven on a medium heat for 20 mins take it out sprinkle the cheese all over the top and put it back in for 5 mins. Take out and it makes a lovely tasty dip for your tortillas, and or even fries on the side.
