Instructions to make Peanut Burfi:
- Take a kadai put the peanut and fry nicely.
- Add jaggery with half cup water.Heat slowly.
- After 10 min the liquid becomes thick consistency.Add the fried peanut and pinch of cardamom powder.
- Grease the plate with oil or ghee.And pour the mix into the plate.
- Press the mix evenly and cut into the small pieces.
- Now our special peanut burfi is ready.
Put the peanut powder into a wok alongwith milk. Garnish with pistachios and serve on a tray! To begin making the Peanut Makhana Sesame Burfi, firstly dry roast peanuts on medium-low heat till crunchy and there's no raw smell. Stir continuously so that the peanuts get roasted uniformly. Once roasted, transfer the peanuts to a flat plate and let them cool down a bit.
