Instructions to make Peanut Burfi:
  1. Take a kadai put the peanut and fry nicely.
  2. Add jaggery with half cup water.Heat slowly.
  3. After 10 min the liquid becomes thick consistency.Add the fried peanut and pinch of cardamom powder.
  4. Grease the plate with oil or ghee.And pour the mix into the plate.
  5. Press the mix evenly and cut into the small pieces.
  6. Now our special peanut burfi is ready.

Put the peanut powder into a wok alongwith milk. Garnish with pistachios and serve on a tray! To begin making the Peanut Makhana Sesame Burfi, firstly dry roast peanuts on medium-low heat till crunchy and there's no raw smell. Stir continuously so that the peanuts get roasted uniformly. Once roasted, transfer the peanuts to a flat plate and let them cool down a bit.
