Steps to make Sausage and mash bundt:
  1. Add Tyme to olive oil and leave to infuse for 30 minutes
  2. Peel, cut and boil potatoes. Grill sausages. Brush one side of your tortillas with olive oil and layer into your bundt with the oil side facing out
  3. Once sausages are cooked, add around the bottom in layers
  4. Mash your potatoes and add over the sausages. Then layer tortillas over the top and fold over. Brush will Tyme infused oil.
  5. Oven bake on gas mark 6 for 20 minutes, remove flip onto a tray, cut and serve with whatever you fancy☺️
