  2. Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee

Called as singdana ladoo in Maharashtra, this ladoo is a quick and easy peanut ladoo to make. In cold winter months, peanut ladoo is made more often to keep the body warm as it provides heat. Peanut Jaggery Laddu Healthy in two ways actually one is the essential nutrients that come from peanuts and the other benefit is that I prepared this without common sugar or honey. I used Jaggery which is nothing but cane sugar mixed with palm sap.

Instructions to make Peanut ladoo:
  1. Dry roast peanuts on medium flame until the skin of peanuts separate.
  2. Now remove the skin of peanuts and grind coarsely in mixer.
  3. Roast sesame seeds/til in a pan till golden in colour.
  4. In a large kadai heat ghee and add jaggery.
  5. Keep stirring on low flame, until the jaggery dissolves completely.
  6. Keep the flame on low and add coarsely powdered peanuts.
  7. Add roasted sesame, dry coconut powder and cardamom powder.
  8. Mix well until the mixture is combined well.
  9. Transfer the laddu mixture into a bowl, cool slightly and start making laddu when the mixture is still hot.
  10. Enjoy peanut ladoo recipe for a month when stored in airtight container.
