  5. Mean while you can shallow fry the seabass.add enof oil to half or three quater cover the fish.fry until crunchy outside.turn over using your spoon to pour some oil over the parts that don't sit well flat and where the oil doest reach, this helps to let cook thru insidetoo…after the fish is fry..then take out on kitchen paper to drain off some oil.let cool complet
