Instructions to make Ewedu Soup(Jute leaves soup):
  1. Wash d just leaves wt lots of water because d leaves usually come wt.lots of sands.Drain d leaves and plug d leaves and keep aside
  2. In an empty clean pot add 2cups of water bring to boil,add d plug just leaves allow to cook for 5munites,then add d crushed locust beans,cry fish and seasoning allow to cook for 10munites
  3. Pour d cook leaves in to a blender,blend well till smooth.And serve hot.
  4. Ewedu soup can be served wt stew soup + any swallow like Amala,Eba,Semo,fufu etc
  5. I served my Ewedu soup with Eba.
