  1. Take a mixture jar and crush peanut.
  2. In same jar add coriander leaves,curry leaves and mint leaves (washed and cut leaves)
  3. Add sugar and salt and make fine paste.
  4. Sift our chutney in a bowl and add lemon juice. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.

So wanted to use cilantro / coriander leaves peanut chutney also. Using fresh mint and coriander leaves makes the green chutney/mint coriander chutney more aromatic and flavorful. The quantity of green chillies can be increased or decreased based on your spice level. In the grinder add coriander, peanut, lemon juice, salt, green chili, turmeric powder, fresh coconut (optional) and some water. Taste the chutney and add salt to taste.
