Steps to make Ajwain leaves fritters ππ©π»βπ³:
- Wash ajwain leaves and dry that in tissue paper.
- In a bowl, add 3 tblspn of gram flour and 1 tblsp of rice flour.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add water and mix into thick batter.
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Dip each leaf in batter and coat the leaves well.
- Deep fry it.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
