- Then add all vegetables and little water and cook fully untill dal cooked but not broken and mushy. Now add tempering of red chillies and Fenugreek to dals.
- Note: you can add other vegetables too like beans, arbi etc etc.
Besides this I do not venture much with this vegetable. At the end, add cooked moong dal to the cooked pumpkin. Throw in another ten curry leaves. Bring the pan to a boil. Simmer for two minutes to let the flavors blend.
