Method Put the seeds and peppercorns into a dry frying pan over medium heat. Cook for about three minutes, stirring often until the mustard seeds start to pop and the seeds turn golden and aromatic. - Cover and cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, it usually tales about 15 - 20 minutes.
