- Grind them all in food processor and add salt and lemon as required
- If you want make a little bit sweet you can also add jaggery

Add roasted peanuts, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, salt and saute for couple of minutes and switch off heat. Allow to cool, transfer the mixture to blender and add tamarind. Blend/grind with little water till smooth paste. Give it a tempering of mustard seeds, hing and dry red chillies.
