Peanut Laddu is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. Peanut Laddu is something which I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

There are many ways of making peanut ladoos either solely only with peanuts or with addition of ingredients like coconut, sesame seeds or nuts. Some recipes call for a soft ball or hard ball consistency in jaggery syrup for making peanut ladoos. I will add this recipe too in some time. Peanut ladoois a popular Maharashtrian sweet dishmade from peanuts, sugar, elaichi and ghee.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook peanut laddu using 5 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Peanut Laddu:
  1. Make ready 1/2 kg peanut
  2. Make ready 3/4 kg jaggery powder
  3. Take 1 tsp cardamom powder
  4. Make ready 1/2 kg white til(sesame seeds)
  5. Get 3-4 tsp ghee

These peanut ladoos make a good and quick energy booster for all age groups. No ghee is needed to prepare these. Method: Grind the whole, roasted, unsalted peanuts without skin in a food processor. Work in short pulses and give the peanuts a few seconds to cool between each pulse or else you'll end up with a sticky mass.

Steps to make Peanut Laddu:
  1. Take a pan roast peanuts on low flame. Till they become brown. Let it cool. Rub it with towel to remove it's outer covering. In a mixer Grind it. Keep aside.
  2. In the same pan roast til on very low flame till til splutter. Turn off the flame. Let it cool.
  3. Take a large plate, add grinded peanuts, til,cardamom powder,ghee and jaggery.Mix it well.
  4. In a mixer jar grind this mixture. For few seconds.
  5. Note-Quantity of jaggery may be use more or less.
  6. Transfer it in a pot. Grease your hands, put some mixture and press it. Make laddu.

Pulverize the jaggery with a mortar and pestle or with a metal potato masher. It is made with jaggery and roasted peanut. Oil in the peanut and moisture in the jaggery is good enough to bind these easy peanut laddu.
