  1. In a vessel take jaggery and add ghee. Mix well
  2. Switch on the flame and stir till jaggery melts.
  3. Keep stirring constantly.
  4. Boil the jaggery syrup on low flame till the syrup turns glossy and thickens.
  5. Check by dropping the syrup into a bowl of water. It should form a hard ball. Else boil for another few mins. and check.
  6. Once done, turn off the flame and add roasted peanuts and mix well.
  7. Immediately pour the mixture on a greased surface and roll. Allow it to cool for a min. and when it's still warm cut into pieces.
  8. Serve when cooled completely. Store in an airtight container.
